Shipping Zones

First off, I really want to thank everybody here for helping me out over the past few months. It is very nice to have people here to help out when you get stuck. I will be buying a buying a cup of coffee for the team by the end of this one ! thanks again.

OK, here we go... I hope this is easy, I think it will be

I am trying to give a flat shipping fee for all items in the USA Mainland... I have set up the FLAT Rate for 5.00 (DONE)

Now I want to make it so anywhere out of the continental US pays regular usps shipping costs.

So I am guessing that I need to be able to set up Zones which I am not really sure how to do

Also when the estimate shipping window pops up I want it to explain that its US Continental for flat, and others pay regular.... This way its like me explaining it .... I need to know where I change what pops up so I can add it in the code.

You would need to build a Zone for everywhere except the US and a Zone for the US ...

Note: the US zone you need to be careful of what your definition of the US is as the US with all zones includes the Territories, Islands, Armed Services etc.
