Anyone getting PayPal shipping address w/1.3.7 or higher?

If anyone is getting shipping addresses from PayPal payments with Zen ver 1.7 or higher please respond. Seems since upgrade to 1.3.7, the PayPay shipping address is NOT being passed to PayPal and hence payment returns without a shipping address and of course an "Unqualified" payment opening to door to HIGH risk of chargeback.

All but one of my last 6 Paypal payments had an address. I'm using 1.3.8a. I have no clue why the last one had no addy but it was a pain because I use Paypal to print shipping labels with postage, and I had to type this customer's info in.

Thnaks, maybe I should ask specifically anyone on 1.3.7 getting shipping addresses with PayPal payments. Maybe something was fixed with 1.3.8
