1.3.8 full ADMIN language??? -CONFIGURATION-

i have the same problem every thing translated into arabic but configuration list seems not to pass by the language file !
so is there any clues for solving this problem i mean creating required code or some thing ? i know u can do it !
by the way i spent days trying to find out the problem
so i wont give up now being tottaly zenned

im having the same problem in spanish, all the admin section is in spanish besides from the configuration dropdown menu, that still in english, i was looking for the translation file all over ,, until i realised that the text comes from the database, and there is no way to translate it, my question is why?? why only this part comes from database?? if some one knows any solution please let me know, thanks.

Can it be solved?

I have translated whole admin area into swedish but also ran into this issue with not being able to translate the part under Configuration.
Why is this in the database and the rest of admin is not?

And can it be solved somehow. Is it possible to setup a MySql-patch the keeps the translations so that everyone can finish their translations and install the patch? Im not good with making SQL-querys so I would be glad if someone could help.
If we can have many languages for the adminpart Zencart will get more users I think.
