Help Please

I'm wanting to open a scap store. I use Bravenet for hosting. I've gotten as far as downloading on my pc Zen-Cart. lol I tried loading it through their ftp..Didn't work so well. So I downloaded Filezilla. I can't even figure out how that works. lol
I guess what I'm asking for is someone that uses Bravenet to help me step by step to get Zen-Cart working for me.
Any help is VERY appreciated!

Does Bravenet allow/support php?
If they do not, zencart will not work..
You require recommended zencart webhost
i.e.

Free hosting does NOT allow for php or mysql. Premium does... which are you using?

Yes, I have the premium. I have made a MySQL database for this too.

Get serious and find a good applicaton specific host that will assist you in this, well worth the expense
