Quantity Discounts HELP!

Hi Everyone,

I'm in need of help ... I am a complete newbie to the Zen, had it for about 5 weeks. I'm afraid I have limited abilities, mediocre html abilities and slim to no experience with php and whatever Zen is coded in so some easy to understand help would be appreciated.

Problem:

I have set up with various products, I have come to apply the quantity discounts by using the inbuilt QD module. I have applied a single discount, 4+ products = 5% discount. I have refreshed and checked the shop, I am showedthere is a discount structure with the table at the bottom of my product screen. I enter 4 in qty and proceed to check out but it does not discount anything, remains at full price. The products have multiple attributes with different prices for each and it does not work on this. To confirm it also doe snot work with multiple attributes with no difference in their prices.

I have tried installing the quantity discount 1.8 to solve this yet that doe snot work either. I can see the new module in the Order-Total, installed it , adited it's parameters for the same discount mentioned, yet no difference. No options on products or price manager.

I am probably doing something wrong, can someone please point me in the right direction on getting discounts working thanks.

Try parameters "discount by item", discount using percentage, with level 1 being 4 and amount 1 being 5.
