Default Losing customers due to checkout fault :(

    Hi
My shop seemed to be working perfectly but now an error seems to have occurred, if a customer adds items to the shopping basket and then goes to checkout, for instance they add 10 mixed brass ferrules and 5 mixed brass collars, the radio button for the shipping method is not highlighted and they have to click on it manually, then they are unable to progress to the next page, it just keeps going back to the same page and I can't figure out why..

    Please help

    The web addres is http://www.allgoodideas.co.uk

    Kind Regards

Should post what Zen Cart version you are using

I created a test account and processed an order right up to being sent to paypal

So I do not see the issue

    Hi
Thanks for the quick response, I'm using 1.3.7.1 and now I have investigated further it only seems to be on certain items, did you try adding to cart the two items above from stickmaking supplies, I tried what my customer did and I get the same fault.... but without testing over 500 items in the catalogue, I don't know which causes an error or why..

    all your help is appreciated

    Kind Regards

I see this and can only state that you need to look at the settings for these items or one of them

10 assorted Plain Brass ferrules only is successful

5 Polished Copper Beaded Collars only is successful

Might look at the shipping modules rules you have setup???

    Maybe another can chime in??

This is the shipping weight of the 10 brass ferrules 0.122 and the other for the collars is 0.1 and the shipping zone was 3 UK

I don't know how exactly the table format has to be followed to be successful, but I noticed a couple of minor variations in it you might want to fix just in case:

    Zone 1 Shipping Table

It looks like there might be a space instead of a period and/or a number out of order after the 2:20.45, I see 1 01:28.99 which makes no sense.

    Zone 2 Shipping Table

It looks like there is a space between 1 and : after the 0.76:4.65 entry

    Zone 3 Shipping Table

Again, it looks like there is a space between the 1 and : after the 0.75:300 entry and between the 101: and 5.00 after the 6:9.50 entry.

    Zone 4 Shipping Table

Another space between 1 and 01/number out of order? after the 2:20.45 entry. The table format is pretty rigid and it's easy to misplace a space or period. I don't KNOW that any of these is the problem but it seems like a simple place to start.

    Thanks mama sylvia

I have had a look at that but it is ok, it's just the way it has copy and pasted into the post

Thank you for trying to help though

I wondered if some of the weights I put in are 3 decimal places instead of 2, does that cause any problems?
