SUrcharge for Orders taken over the phone

I am wanting to add a surcharge of £5.00 to every order that is taken over the phone.Is there a way of implementing this by setting up a facility to tick a box to add this surcharge to the shipping cost.

Not that I know of, but you could always add it as a product.
