You just do a remove on it in Admin->Modules->Order Total where you are now.

The MailChimp integration in Newsletter Discount has been updated to API version 3.0. All other versions will be deprecated after 12/31/16 so please update!

Added a few small features:
- dollar off per order setting (fixed discount rather than percent off),
