adding flash or gif to the middle column only

Hi i have made a short .swf file in flash, its the width if the middle column on my site www.canvas-style-art.co.uk (the column with the text that reads Welcome to our NEW website, As of the 19th March 2008....)

all i want to do is either put up this flash file up so it overrides the text in the middle only but leaves the sides and the header and footers alone.

it should fit nicely in there and will have more of an impact than the text.

any ideas would be a great help! if not how do i put a .gif up

I imagine you could insert the code from the tutorial into define_main_page.php, using the Define Pages Editor. Just delete the existing text (after making a backup).

Although more visually appealing, you might find that replacing text with imagery harms your search engine placement.
