USPS shipping not working for me

The shipping option works on my site for zone shipping. I am trying to get the shipping option for usps to work, but it will not. How do I resolve this issue?

A year ago we just set up the zone shipping and left it that way. Now we would like to get the usps shipping working and it does not work for international sales.

We are using Zen Cart version 1.3.7

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We have a zen cart 1.3.7 and are not able to get our

USPS shipping for international to work

We had been using the zone shipping since we opened the cart, but would prefer to use the shipping by weight instead.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

USPS changed their infrastructure a year ago ... you'll need to update your shipping module with the newer version: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=97461

If that still doesn't help, then please explain exactly what you mean by "we are not able to get our USPS shipping for international to work" -- surely there's more detail than that ...?

Ok here is what I did to try and resolve this.

I deleted the usps shipping option from my admin in my cart.

I then went into my cpanel, file manage, public htp root, public_html, includes, modules, shipping and then uploaded the may 2008 patch.

Then went back to my admin and installed the usps mod.

Then added an item to my cart and attempt to estimate postage for an international country. The system allows you to pick a country and a area within that country and then that is it. It does not show any shipping options what so ever.

If you need more information I don't know what to give you. Thank you!

Make sure that you put in a valid USPS Web Tools User ID ...

Make sure that you are set to the Production Server ...

You may also want to verify with USPS that your USPS Web Tools User ID is still active for the Production Server ...

We did all of the above and have verified it enough that the Post office knows our voice when we call.

The box is also checked for production.

We have 2 carts that are suppose to be set up the same. The are both 1.3.7 they do not have some of the same features. The other cart appears to have more perks.

The cart we are trying to fix has all the above information. What else is it that you want me to tell you?

The cart is 1.3.7 and the international shipping does not work. The countries are all listed however if you click on one of the international countries it does not give you shipping options.

What else is it you want me to tell you? If you want me to tell you what the problem is I can't. I am looking for a solution.
