i want to make a broker images site which means my site will let users register to upload and sell their ouwn images to other users and my site will take a commission on every transaction.
so i would like to know if it is applicable and possible to be implemented with Zencart??

Not possible with a standard install of zencart - would probably need substantial custom coding.
