Lost on CMS, setting up products to sell, etc

After installing Zen, I was playing around and lost my login tabs. I have tried to get them back with a few tips from this site but cannot seem to find enough good info on how this system works. I would like to read some info on how the sales side of this site works. I have no issue setting the site up and creating categories and products, but have been trying to get the sales side of the product such as a basket and customer login up and running without any luck.
Anyine know where the detailed instruction manual is...?

Thanks but Ive been there and found nothing that I can relate to admin of CMS, or Add to Baskets.. Most CMS systems allow you admin from the CMS, but Zen seems to want code realignment.
Is this true or can I setup and control everything from the CMS>?

Where does it show me how to setup add to basket boxes for my products, All I can see is alot of forum questions that are not related?
