i still have the problem of the IPN not working,
maybe someone can hint me where to check if you consider that the bug only affects "localized" browsing customers.
it's not firewall related.

I had same issue with my Zen Cart store hosted on GoDaddy and Paypal IPN. This workaround by DrByte fixed the problem. Thanks alot!
