Hello,
I had set up a Zen-Cart install a few months ago for a client and today they called and said they can no longer access their admin screen. They resent the password but the user name that I set up in the beginning is no longer working. I can view the files via FTP - is the user name stored somewhere?
How could the user name have been changed?

Someone must have changed it...How could the user name have been changed?
It is not stored in any file but in the DB - if you know your way around the DB first back it up then edit the admin table and change the user name and check the email address - but not the pass as this is encrypted
Once this has be checked or changed the forgot pass should resend one to the email address for this user that is listed in the DBZen-Venom Get Bitten
