I am trying to define attributes for a new product on my 1.3.7 shop and I get the error message "Attribute Option and Option Value Do NOT Match - Attribute was not added - Color : Yellow".

You first create the option name - then when creating option values you have to insure that the correct option name is selected that you want this value added to

Sorry I created 2 options names called Color. I am just using the one that I know works.
