Attribute Option and Option Value Do NOT Match - Attribute was not added - : TEXT

Im trying to add different images for the different Attributes.

I've tried going Catalogue/ Attributes Controller/
and then typing in the image's location in 'Attributes Image Swatch'

it's not working and im getting the following error message;
Attribute Option and Option Value Do NOT Match - Attribute was not added - : TEXT

I've managed to add an image to the product (pre-attribute) under
Catalogue/ Categories/Products
so I know im typing in the image's location ok.

Please help!

Make sure that you are selecting the Option Name and one of its Option Values before adding the Attribute with the Image ...
