"Help" link on shopping cart pages

The help link opens to a blank page from the shopping cart page.
I KNOW I didn't mess with this - why isn't it working???

I tried visiting your site:

But my computer browser can only absorb 400 gigabytes of data .

Your base images are MASSIVE! I'm on high speed ADSL, and the site is STILL loading.

You should attend to this before you tackle the "help" problem. People on a dial-up will never hang round for 6 hours waiting for your site to load.

I am seeing your HELP popup so I assume you fixed it.

By the way, it's actually a very attractive template setup you're using, but I think you are putting too much info up for display.

Research shows that 92% of visitors to a site focus on the centre of the screen and ignore all peripheral info.

You've enabled practically every sidebox on offer. And you have your categories in the header as well as a sidebox.

For me, this is far too busy and confusing. I'd get rid of most of the sideboxes and kill the categories-tabs feature too.

Thanks for your input! I agree site is slow to load. I have suggested that those issues get addressed and am waiting to hear back.

And yes, HELP seems to be ok now - I promise I DIDN'T touch anything!
