Is there a "secure page" flag or boolean I can check in the PHP code?

I want to be able to include some tracking code in the non-secure pages of the site. That is, all the pages before checkout and login. Things like product pages, EZ Pages, etc.

It would be great if I could just do a check against a "secure page" flag in the PHP for the footer or something and then include my tracking code there.

The reason I want to do this is because the tracking code I want to use is not available over HTTPS and I obviously want to avoid browser warnings on pulling in non-SSL scripts into SSL pages.
