Default Whimper ~ Sniff ~ Confusing USA/International Tax Products/Services Issue

OK...I have been searching for the past 4 days...to no avail I'll try to make a long story short...I have both products and services offered on the shopping cart...we cater to both USA and International customers...we are based out of Florida...here's what I"m trying to do:

Our products are taxable here in Florida but obviously not when shipped outside Florida/USA/International - thats done and no problem there. All set with tax situations.

The issue: Our services (which can be purchased online & redeemed when they get here) are rendered here in Florida so we need to charge a Florida tax to anyone and everyone who purchases the service from us online (local, state, USA or International).

I can't get it to charge Florida tax just for the services to no matter who... thank you in advance for any help/suggestions/advise.

When did services ( non tangible goods ) become taxable?

Set up another tax class for your services.
Then assign appropriate tax rates to that class, linked to the appropriate zones.

Dr. Byte...Sorry, long day...major brain fart...I'm a little slow right now...after I set up the tax class and the tax rate, do I have to enter 1 by 1 all the countries to that zone?

Every one for which you intend that zone to apply to, yes.
