Cant access banner page

When i open banner page under tools, i get the following error. Everything else is working fine

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Check your server log files for an error. There's generally more information located there.

and how do i check the error file?? Im new to zencart

Your host should have some kind of control panel which is totally separate from Zen Cart. The fact that Zen is telling you there was a 404 is telling me that your host's control panel error log will tell you what file is not being found.

It's probably a file that didn't get properly FTPd to your site.

Problem sorted after i spoke to hosting company. They dont allow 777 permission on their servers or something..
