Default Initial Install - don't understand about mysql and filezilla

Ok I am very new at this and not sure how to install. I downloaded all the programs that was stated. Not sure what some of it means though.

    4. Do you have access to your webhosting control panel to create a MySQL database and user?
BEFORE YOU PROCEED, make sure you have access to a MySQL database, and username/password to that database. You may need to create the database using your webhosting account's control panel. Contact your webhosting company for assistance. Zen Cart™ cannot create the database for you.

(You need the following permissions on your MySQL user: SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, CREATE, ALTER, INDEX, DROP. On an hSphere host, this would be "dba" access, or at least read/write. )

    what does this mean?

also following the next step, How do I upload using filezilla. I tried to drag the file over but it doesnt work. Can someone explain this language to me?

If you don't know how to create a database in your server control panel, you need to ask your host for help - only they know for sure the correct procedure for your situation.

If your hosting space has cPanel, you can click the MySQL button in the cPanel home page to access your database. You may or may not have permission to create a db depending on cPanel version and settings.

Also, you don't drag just one file to your server - you need to unzip the Zen Cart download on your pc (use Winzip, 7zip or another file compression utility) and then ftp the whole folder structure to your server.

Let us know who your host is, and whether they offer CPanel, and we might be able to help out a little better.

    The tutorials may help.
    https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=139

As far as Filezilla is concerned, navigate to the files you want to upload locally (left side panels) then navigate to where you want to upload them on the remote server (right side panels) go back to the local files and select the zen cart files. You can select the lot by clicking on the topmost one and then scrolling down to the bottom one and shift click on it, they should then all be selected. Right click somewhere on the selected files and click on upload.
