I haven't made any changes to zen car 1.3.7 - but now international addresses no longer allow you to continue to the purchase. They get this message when trying to use an international address (one not in the US).
United States Postal Service
An error occurred with the USPS shipping calculations.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner.
I've removed, installed and reconfigured the module and getting the same error trying to use an address outside of the US.

I have the update installed, removed the module and reactivated. Still not First Class International shipping. Any other things I can try?

Linda, my USPS international rates are not working as well. We are working off version 1.2.5 because our site has been customized so much that we can't upgrade. We tried your patch and changed the file over but it doesn't seem to work. When we load it we just see nothing over to the right side of the control panel and the USPS is just gone. Do you have any idea how to fix this? Thanks

First Class Mail International appears to be broken with the current USPS Shipping module. Sounds like the Zenners are working on it...

We tried that one as well and it did the same thing??? Here is a screen shot. You can see the USPS just disappears. Also when you click on anything now no options show up on the side. I prvided a picture showing this. Thanks!

That sounds like bad code or a duplicate copy of the code by another filename and causing a conflict in the autoloading directory ...
