My client wants to know if there is anyway we can split the existing login form from the new account creation form (i.e. put them on separate pages). He would basically like for there to just be a link under the existing account login titled "New? Please provide your billing information" that when clicked on, opened up a new page with the new account creation form.
Any ideas how difficult this would be to accomplish?

...set to "true"
