On the (Your Shopping Cart Contents) which is the page after you choose an item, How can I remove/delele the paypal button located on the bottom of the page?
Any help would be really appreciated.

If you don't want to offer PayPal to your customers, you can simply turn off the module in your Admin->Modules->Payment area.

It's not that we don't want to offer paypal, Im just the web designer/developer and my client(owner of the website) wants to take it off only on that page.
Would really appreciate if anyone knows atleast which files I would have to edit.

PayPal's terms of service indicate that the Express Checkout button for PayPal must appear on the shopping cart page, alongside the existing regular checkout button.
Why do they want to remove it?.

Because they don't want to confuse customers that is the only option to pay. They want customers to click (go to check out) and then have the options to pay either by paypal, credit cards, etc.
