Customer Login Page only says "Welcome, Please Sign In"....no other fields are displaying
Zen Cart 1.3.7
PHP 4.3.11
Tried changing the session variables to all "true" and "false".
Uploaded the default login, time out and session info
check it out: https://www.austincotton.com/index.php?main_page=login
Any help would be much appreciated!!!

Just fixed the problem:
had to comment out code on line 14: tpl_login_default.php
<h1 id="loginDefaultHeading"><?php // REMOVED CAUSED PROBLEMS WITH THE LOGIN PAGE echo HEADING_TITLE; ?></h1>
After commenting this out the rest of the login page appears.
