how to change "page 2" in NavBar?

looked but couldnt find... how do i change the NavBar so that "Page 2" (and 3 and 4) are listed with something more descriptive to the page? ie my "Page 2" is now "About Me". and then, how do I change the actual pages so that "Page 2" is no longer listed at the top of the page?

I did this in another zen store but have forgotten after a couple years

Admin panel/ tools/ developers tool kit

1. search for: Page 2
2. catalog
3. click search
4. look for the .php file
5. includes/ languages/ english.php
6. remember the override files

Which nav bar???

If a ZenCart nav bar follow haredo's advice...
If your browser's nav/address bar then more intricate...
Get the about us 3rd party mod as a guide to the 8 places that require editing

yes i had forgotten and overlooked it. probably where i found the solution last time actually
