Suddenly Can't checkout...

HI, suddenly this morning a problem occur :

(My shop is still in test mode.)

After a 'add to cart' a product and click 'checkout' it show me the form page.
I enter the information, but when i click 'Submit' nothing happens.
But the information has been saved. So when i go back to the site, i can login
with those info and my shopping cart will have the item.
BUT again, when i click "checkout', nothing happens...

Safari tells me something like : " Too much redirections occur when trying to open the page <http://www.velvetmoustache.ca/shop/index.php?main_page=create_account>


It's really weird cause it did'nt to that yesterday. I only add products in the Category/products page from the admin..

I have 1.3.8

Any idea ?

I don't know why, but i created an other test category("T-shirt") , upload a test product, and it worked, but...

I deleted all the products in the category "BabyFaces" and upload a new product, and it still doesn't work...
So it's something about that category....

I deleted everything, started again, and it's still getting stall at the end...
i can't access to the " Your order Total" page...

any help please ?

I did not see any "Add to Cart" button.
Created a Test account (Just Testing) but still do not see any "Add to Cart" button.

The error msg. from Safari could be related to the information you have in your .htaccess file. You would need someone to have a look to evaluate or remove everything within that file, not provided by Zen Cart.

i reactivated the 'add to cart' button if you want to look at it..

I don't know anything about .htaccess....

What i don't understand is why it worked great, and suddenly stopped for one kind of product.. and now stopped for everything...

That is the error msg. I get with SeaMonkey and definitely tells me the problem is with information in your .htaccess file.

You can contact your Hoster for help, check the .htaccess file yourself or, since it's still in the Test stage, delete and reinstall. You might be able to save some time if you hire someone to have a look and there is a Commercial Section of the Forum for such purposes.

If it's the case, can i save all the customization i did !?
