    Default Gift Certificate order does NOT come up in queue

    We recently took another order for a GV and this time the system did not put the GV into the Que, nor "auto" send out anything.

    We sold 3 previous ones okay - once order was placed, admin was notified and after successful payment, we "released" it and all was good.

    Got a new one yesterday, howoever, but nothing in Admin. I've verified that it's indeed the same product (in fact, the products ordered report shows 4 GV's sold, but only 3 released, and none in the que) Also have verified that the GV is setup per the ZC instructions (or checkgin that nothing has changed since last time.)

    We've tried toggling the order status, from Pending to Processing and even Shipped, but that didn't affect anything (we're just guessing at this point)

    What could be up?

    Hi Blake,

    Do you have access to the database? Check the following tables:

    zen_coupon_email_track
    zen_coupon_gv_customer
    zen_coupon_gv_queue
    zen_coupons

    Those should give you some insight into what's going on.

    Also, if you don't have direct database access, you might consider installing the GV Admin editor, which will give you more visibility into the Gift Certs & Vouchers:
