When I add an item to my cart the 'Shopping Cart' and 'Checkout' links appear in my header.
I've got my shopping cart in a side box. Is there a way of preventing the 'Shopping Cart' and 'Checkout' links appearing in the header and making the 'Checkout' appear in the shopping cart side box?

this should be easily done i'm at a grade1 level in this php stuff but i'll give it a go when i get a chance and post my results
