Does anyone know how to turn off the Model on the Product Reviews pages?

I have all settings I can find in Admin/Configuration for display model set to 0 (off).

I have now even tried changing "my template" for the tpl_reviews_default.php and the other reviews templates in "my template" directory... But the model is still showing up?

Do I have to edit the template files in the template_default directory? ...Or is there some other setting I may have missed??
