I have not received one order in the two weeks ive had this shipper module on my website, and i have been wondering if it was working correctly. 50% of my customers are from Europe and Australia. I just received an email from a customer in the UK and they claimed the site would not let them purchase due to no shipping could be determined- Here is what it says at checkout



"We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance.
(Please check that your Zip Code is entered correctly.)"


So i lost the sale, but at least they told me about it!!

How can this be fixed?
