Have this error when I login and click on payments module.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function tep_db_query() in /home/cncmach/public_html/cncstore/includes/modules/payment/ipayment.php on line 219

I do not see any paypal integration stuff in there which I had setup at one time. I did upgrade Zencart not that long ago one version I believe to the latest. Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Database Patch Level: 1.3.8
I also had moved servers as well before the upgrade. So it could be a number of things. I tried copying a fresh folder of the payment modules over and loading it but made no difference.

I am not an advanced programmer so please explain things a little more.
