Hi guys,
I have a website which I put all products to free shipping to usa. However now I would like to offer shipping to overseas as well but users will need to select a radio button with a flat rate shipping instead of the free shipping radio button. How do I acheive this? I tried to enable flat rate shipping on "modules>shipping" but the option didnt show up while checking out. Only the free shipping option showed.
