upload old images to new website

hello,
i transfer the old website data to new website.all is done.but my images was upload to main directory.now my new wbsite has some new directory on IMAGES DIRECTORY.
my question is how to set the main images upload to the sub directory,not the main directory.for example:in the images directory,have 35 sub directory.upload the drink images to the drink directory.may be easy populate can get,but i do not know how to set.
now i just upload the old images one by one,need a lot of time.click the products to edit,and click the old images,then click Upload to directory:sub directory like drink.ohhhhh,3000 products,need many time.

If you copied/transferred ALL the files and directories that you had to the new location then you should not have any issues
