No display on my site

I recently upgraded to zenCart v1.3.9h and I've been installing Paypal modules. I started early today with the Paypal to 2checkout, and did the update_data.sql. I did not return to my site as such, but I went and read that the Paypal IPN was causing troubel and that the other option for paypal (that requires API) credentials) was a better option. I went and followed the procedure but now when I go on my website, all I get is a blank page, and in my payment module the set up for the paypal option is not there. Also when I go from the english to french admin and go to the payment module, I get a message with "HEADING_TITLE" and when I select payment a second time, this is when I see that the paypal paramaters are missing.

What happened?

I loaded up my back up, but no change. All my data seems to be there.

I submitted a thread yesterday, this morning it seemed to be viewed, but now I see no trace of the thread I sent or have any answers. My site is www.photographiesfavorites.com
I've upgraded recently to the v1.3.9h version and been seeing to other application particularly with Paypal. I know that my server, NetFirm, is also doing some activity on my site, but I'm having difficulty to determine what is going on. There is no access to the site and I'm not sure if its because of the migration from Netfirm or I if i mest-up.
At the present time I'm also having difficulty to communicate with Netfirm, because they sent me a message to view a ticket, but I don't have access to it, since I'm not on their new platform yet.
I would appreciate if you can just confirm to me why my site is not working, if I just need to be patient with my server or if I'm the one who did somethint wrong.
