On reaching your domain, it is operating using FRAMES:

And then the zencart site (which is in a sub-directory called /zencart), is being loaded into the frame.
Hackers and crooks use frames to "hoodwink" people into believing they are at one site, when they are in fact at another - so payment gateways treat frames suspiciously.
You need to properly move your site OUT of the sub-folder, into the ROOT folder, and kill the "index.html" file in the root directory.
