Paypal This content cannot be displayed in a frame message

I am Running version 1.3.9F and have been for almost a year. I have been using paypal standard IPN with no errors.
I have not upgraded or added anything to the site and have been receiving orders all week. Today during the final step of processing an order I confirm the order and receive a screen in IE 8

This content cannot be displayed in a frame

To help protect the security of information you enter into this website, the publisher of this content does not allow it to be displayed in a frame.

I contacted paypal and they said:
If using frames, you will want to add target="paypal" in the <form action> tag of the HTML code to prevent our payment page from being displayed in a Frame

Does anyone know how to do what paypal requests above?

The site is BowEquipped.com

On reaching your domain, it is operating using FRAMES:

<frameset rows="100%">
  <frameset cols="100%">
    <frame src="http://www.bowequipped.com/zencart" frameborder="0" scrolling="yes">
  </frameset>
</frameset>

And then the zencart site (which is in a sub-directory called /zencart), is being loaded into the frame.

Hackers and crooks use frames to "hoodwink" people into believing they are at one site, when they are in fact at another - so payment gateways treat frames suspiciously.

You need to properly move your site OUT of the sub-folder, into the ROOT folder, and kill the "index.html" file in the root directory.

Any Idea why this is just happening now? It has been working for a year.

PayPal has disapproved of making payments from inside frames for a very long time.
Perhaps they recently changed something to enforce it more effectively.

That did the trick thanks for the help. Needed to also update the .htaccess file. This link was helpful in the move to the root dir.
