Assuming this is 1.39h zencart - and are you using another plug-in to manage multiple users? Sounds like something isn't quite right to play nice with that plug in.

Sorry, I can't find that plugin. Have you tried asking the maker of that plugin for help?

    Congratulations!

As for the paypal fees - it's not a direct configuration change, but could be done with some custom programming.

To be done right, all payment types should be covered, not just paypal. For just the paypal payments, it would require searching a different database (zen_paypal) for records that match the order ID, then summing the mc_gross and mc_fee values to ensure you get all effects of reversals and refunds. This would need to be done for each order. You may want to only subtract mc_fee from the order value so that non-paypal orders are covered, but refunds are not automated (you'd need to manually remove the items from a refunded order).

Combining with SuperOrders may offer help with this too, as non-paypal payments can be tracked with the paypal payments in SO_PAYMENTS. But, I believe this isn't automated until the ZenCart 1.5 version of SO, and I haven't checked it out firsthand so I'm not sure how completely the refunds are implemented.

Only payments are automated in Super Orders 4.0 (the Zen Cart 1.5 version of Super Orders), refunds must still be manually entered..

I just posted a new version in the addins section. Sales Report 3.1. It's been checked out against ZenCart 1.5, but won't support older versions of zencart (the 'boxes' were removed in favor of the newer auto-installer method of the admin menus). Thanks too to stellarweb.

Also a couple of new features - ability to omit a selected payment method from the results. I also added some date presets for 'Last year' and 'YTD' (year to date).

Known bug slated for the next release: the up_arrow icon conflicts with the one in Super Orders - I'm renaming the Sales Report icons to up_arrow2 and down_arrow2.

    Hi all,

I've been using Sales Report for years and I love it!

However, I have this new product with 3 attributes and I really must know how many I've sold of each attribute.

Is there a way to export this information? Or should I instead create a product for each attribute (not as fancy :))

    Many thanks in advance

    Best regards Peter
