Full menu not showing in admin

When I log on to the Zen Cart admin, I just get a "minimized" version of the admin menu toolbar. See picture below, a screen shot from my admin page:



The problem came after I got a solution for a session-related php problem (see thread:

I have a clean install of ZenCart on the same server, and the problem is not showing on that version. So this must be related to my on-line site, www.altikost.no. Is it possible this too is because of a not supported version of php?

To comment on my own question while waiting for some with more knowledge to contribute... Since my clean version of ZC works fine, I think I can safely conclude that this is not because of php version. Then I would have the same problems with the "clean" ZC store.

I thought maybe this could be related to user rights. When I choose "account", I can only change my own e-mail, and get a new password. But I know I have 3 more admin accounts. But I can still access all orders and customers through the overview when clicking "admin home". But still - is it possible something has happened to my admin privileges when I restored my database?

It does look like a problem with your admin access management.

Do you have custom profiles assigned to your admin users.
If so can you edit the custom profiles and add in the other admin pages.

Can you login as a admin Super User. Does this display a full menu.

Hi,
The user I am using to log on with is supposed to be a super-user. At least it was before I had to restore my database from a backup.
Attached is a pictures showing the line-values for my ZenCart user (I have replaced some letters with x and deleted the columns for previous passwords).



Not sure anything is wrong here (my user has the admin_profile = 1, which I guess is correct.

I am not supposed to have any custom users. I had 4 users - all supposed to be superusers.

When I compare the database for my online-site and for my clean installation, I see that the table admin_pages seems to be very different. The content is only one line with the page_key = backup_mysql. I have a backup db from september and there the admin_pages table is "full". Is it ok for me to try to replace the table in my current installation with my table from the backup?

Well - I blindly tried, and it seems like it worked. Hope I will not get any strange reactions...
