Ceon Still in Business?

I've been trying to contact someone @ Ceon about Advanced Shipper and after 2 attempts there is no reply. I thought of trying to contact Conor Kerr, but saw that he had passed away last year.
Is this company still in business? Does anyone know of someone I could get in touch with?

I have been to your site and tried to submit a ticket, but after 20 attempts with captcha I have to give up. It just won't accept. Is there any other way of contacting you?

I recently purchased the update from Ceon and also came here to see if he was still in business.

It worked today :) I was able to submit a ticker to JSweb :)
