Shipping Estimator: no rates for certain zip codes

Hi All,

A customer just informed me that she can't get a shipping rate for her zip code, which is 29673 (South Carolina).

I tried it myself and she's right. When I put in that zip code, it shows no rates. There's no error, just no rates.

But when I put in another zip code, such as 01701, it does show a rate.

Anyone know what's wrong?

My store was version 1.3.9 H and I updated to 1.5, but no difference.

It looks like you may not have the most recent USPS January 26 version K1 installed ...

Go to your Zen Cart Admin and go to Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ...

In the bottom input box enter:
usps.php

Then, select Catalog ... click SEARCH ...

What comes up on the lines for:
* @version $Id: usps.php

In /includes/modules/shipping/usps.php:

Both are wrong ...

You need to install the current USPS January 26, 2014 version K1 shipping module:

Also, be aware of a new rule on USPS concerning Standard Post ...

This is not available for Zones 1-4 so you will want to have some other shipping method for heavier packages ...
