What are your shop's settings for Configuration->Email Options? Specifically, the value for Emails must send from known domain? If that value's not set to "Yes", that could be the source of your issue.
Yahoo likes DKIM to be set up on your domain.
Contact your hosting company to configure your domain to have a proper DKIM signature ... and everything else yahoo wants.
To activate it for your store, you may have to switch your Zen Cart settings to use SMTPAUTH (and set the SMTP credentials) instead of using the generic "PHP" setting.

More than likely the specific server you are on is being blocked by yahoo, because someone else on the server is/was spamming...if they have been caught/stopped the issue will clear itself up in a couple of days.

I've run into this on many client sites. In addition to using the RBLs
Yahoo, AT&T, and some other mail systems have been taking an overly aggressive response to real or perceived spam. Instead of blocking only an offending domain or IP, they block an entire range of IPs at the entry point to their mail network. The good news is that the mail will bounce with instructions on how to get your hosting company to have the block removed. The bad news is that they are in no rush to correct the problem. In other cases they seem to be just filter the mail without bouncing it. Your hosting company should be able to verify that the mail was actually sent from their mail server.
