    Default Debugging Authorize.net

    Using zen-cart 1.5.4
    php 5.5.38 SSL cert installed 1/6/16 renews 1/6/18

    Authorize.net module was working fine up till 22:00 on 9/13/17. After that we have not been able to process a credit card. Checkout page says "communication error" Authorize.net says the data is not getting to their server. My hosting company says nothing has changed on their server and say look at my error logs. There are no error logs being created under the main log directory or under includes/modules/payment.

    So far I have not been able to find how to turn on debugging for this module and therefore no way to see if the data is actually being sent and rejected/accepted. Is there a way to see this?

    Go to auth.net AIM or SIM setup module within zencart and at the bottom of the setup there is the place to enable debug

    To help get even closer:
    Admin->modules->payment

    Then the applicable payment module and above direction.

    Thank you! I knew there was a way to log it. I was looking all over for it in the files.

    We keep PayPal and auth.net SIM logging turned on and just delete the files every so often. Our logic being, if you have a problem, then it is too late to turn the logging on and wait for another problem.
