I have just been changing the date format following the options in the Zencart Documentation.
I did this word for word from the documentation and it broke my site.
When in this file includes/languages/YOURTEMPLATE/lang.YOURLANGUAGE.php
1a states to fine the following and change it from
$locales = ['en_US', 'en_US.utf8', 'en', 'English_United States.1252'];
and replace with:
$locales = ['en_GB', 'en_GB.utf8', 'en']
which I did and my site broke as refreshed with every change luckily enough, but when I looked at it again there is a ; missing on the end of the line replacing the original. Once I put that in my site works fine, just wanted to give someone a heads up in case as someone completely new may not realize.
Also when changing the date format in the following /includes/languages/lang.english.php
this is still set to US
@setlocale(LC_TIME, ['en_US', 'en_US.utf8', 'en', 'English_United States.1252']);
it doesnt say to change that to en GB is that correct to stay as English_United States?
