Main Page Image sizing help...

Hi

I need some help here please?

I am using the latest version of Zen Cart with the bootstrap template.

What i want to do is to increase the product image size on the main page as well as the image on the product page.
I am not sure how to do this... I have looked in admin/configuration/images. As i am not sure what to choose from the images section can anyone give me some help here please?
