Information Sidebox links won't work

need help?????

the folowwing Information Sidebox links are going to the home page only:

1) Site Map

2) Discount coupons

and if it helps
we are geting this when we go to admin , tools, EZ-pages

This looks like you did an upgrade to v1.3 or v1.3.0.1

Note: the current version is v1.3.0.1 ...

You are missing updates to some key files, example:

http://www.kitchenjunction.co.uk/ind...ISCOUNT_COUPON

This would indicate to me that some files are updated and some are not ...

Manually going to the correct page, I receive all types of errors that also indicate missing files ...

Backup you website and reload the files from a clean checkout ... as you cannot tell what is upload or what is not ... or what is corrupted or what is good ...

NOTE: another method is to use something like Beyond Compare from scootersoftware.com where you can do an FTP compare of your site to a clean Zen Cart v1.3.0.1 and see what all is missing/damaged etc.

Thank you very much for your help. Our host OSH upgraded for us a few weeks ago, but it is only in the last couple of dayss that the problems are becoming apparent.

can i ask you what you used to see all of this with?

as it would help us to see when we do work on the site

I read the URLs when I clicked on the links that do not work ...

These are new pages in v1.3.x and you do not have them defined ...

When I try to manually go to the correct URLs there are missing files ...

This indicates to me you did an upgrade and have:

1 damaged/corrupt files

2 files that were were never loaded

3 upgrade is incomplete
