How to print a packing slip

Stupid Q, but when I process/update orders, I don't see any button/link to either print a packing slip or an invoice. Is my zen missing something?

What admin level do you have for the signon you are using?

Which version of ZENCART are you using?
What template is your store based on?
Did you make any changes to the code yourself?
Did you install a test store and do you find the same problem in the test store?

Answers to the above will help to home in on the possible problem.

What I have discovered is the following:

admin/orders.php:

Yet I can't find ref to this image in either my store or the original zen release that I unzipped.

The source code for order page in admin has the following:

So the call to packingslip.php is there but could it be that there's no button_packingslip.gif & hence no button to call packingslip.php?

I have the same problem but I just went to File at the top of internet explorer and selected print if you want you can preview what you are going to print. I know this probably isn't the answer you were looking for but at least you can print it till a better solution comes up

You just helped yourself. The images MUST be available. I found these images in the latest download and on my site.

They are in the admin\includes\languages\english\images\buttons directory!

Hope this sorts out the problem!

Hi Louis,
Thanks for your assistance. I've now resolved the cause of the problem & it had nothing to do with zen - it was ZoneAlarm! It blocked this image but no others! I logged on using another PC that has Norton & everything was there.

By adding my test shop to my list of privileged sites & rebooting, all images are now displayed.
