SQL error

Hi All
I was trying to change the date round , and rename State/province to County (im in the uk) but now im getting the following

1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'session_id = '54fcc29fa92376e01c79599db6652c4f' WHERE session_id = 'a' at line 2
in:
[UPDATE whos_online ET session_id = '54fcc29fa92376e01c79599db6652c4f' WHERE session_id = 'ae689b3906f3cccdb2ac1f9736a74666']

Anyone got any ideas? bit messed up..

Also, any ideas how to get the Staterovince to contain Counties from the UK instead of the united states? or just turn it off like i have

A section i changed from another post is to this...

I didnt change anything on the 3rd line (%a, %d , %b, %y) etc. Does this needto ne moved around to allow d/m/y
