tax added even when tax class = none?

Hi

I use Zen Cart 1.3.0.2

Even If I select tax class = none, on preview product tax 20.39 % is added?!
I later add my tax clas for my zones - (19%), and stil tax 20.39 is calculated. Can someone confirm that this is not a bug and point me to the right direction?

Is the shop in the tax zone?

If in the Catalog are you logged in?

Is the address in the tax zone?

Do you have tax set for store, shipping or payment address?

Have you an URL to your site?

I am trying to insert new product in the admin. Even If I select tax rate = "none"
if I set up price for my product 20.00 - on the preview I get the price = 24.08??

It wasn't, and I add Greece in the zones. I did something wrong??

I just delete Greece from Zones - result is the same. When I add product with price 20, tax rate="none" on preview show my product 24.08. I am seeing same price (24.08) in the catalog

I think it the currency exchange rate. Did you set your default curreny to 1.00 ?
