My host installed layout grid 1.3.5 on my 1.3.0.2 cart

And now the quantity add boxes won't show. And they won't do anything about it.
Please help me. Should I uninstall the 1.3.5 and reinstall the 1.3.0.2? If I should uninstall and reinstall can someone please walk me through the process.
I am so upset about this.

I figured out how to uninstall and reinstall.

So now I have 1.3.0.2 installed but the add quantity box still isn't showing up.
Anyone have any ideas?

Is is set to appear in your ADMIN > Config > product info > Product Quantity Box Status set to ?

Also forgot to say , Change hosts ! bit odd that they would mess with your cart !

yes both settings in admin are set to 3.
I payed them to upload it cause I got scared of the sql thing. And they uploaded the wrong version and pretty much said o' well.

Overwrite the files with the right version and you should be ok?

I did that and everything is ok but the multi quantity box.
I saw on another thread someone had the same problem and said they fixed it by going into the products table column and changing the product_quantity_order_units to 0. But I just can't find that file.

They are probably talking about thecolums in your easy populate , download the ext store file from your shop , view in spreadsheet, and have a look at the columns something like
v_products_qty_box_status
v_products_quantity_order_min
v_products_quantity_order_units

See what you can change there from 0 to 1 !

Well I never did figure out the problem. I ended up changing hosts. My new one is absolutely fabulous.
