Sub-Total = Total ?

My prices are showing with tax included. When I go to checkout sub-total has the same value than total. The correct value for Sub-Total should be = Total - Tax.

i have this too and its causing problems with some mods, mainly super orders which seems to use sub total as a starting point for its calculations ??

any ideas would be sooo helpful :)
